Since I finally have the energy to sit at the computer today, you get TWO posts in one day. : ) This is something I did earlier this week for Papertrey Ink’s Make It Monday #218 – Watercolors with die cut stencils. (You can see the details and video instructions on how to do it HERE).
So, by putting down a die-cut label and water coloring around it, it prevents the paper from absorbing the color and leaves a void once removed. Clever!
Materials used:
- Papertrey Ink Wonderful Words: Love die
- Kuretake Gansai Tambi watercolor No. 34
- Strathmore 140# cold press watercolor paper
- Avery labels
- Misc. cardstock & adhesives

Have a LOVEly day!
