Just popping in with another fun project. This one is inspired by Jennifer McGuire Ink’s Share Handmade Kindness project featuring children this week,
and by Unity Stamp Company’s {Be Inspired} color challenge:
I’ve been wanting to make these finger puppets for my friend’s daughter ever since I got this stamp set from Unity, so I finally sat down and tried it…
Argh… my teal looks more blue than green in these pics. Having a teal elephant was fun… with his trumpeting trunk, he’s a real tattle-teal! (ok, we groan, but the little ones giggle!)
When I first stamped these cuties onto the felt with Staz-On, They didn’t really stand out:
Hand stitching is NOT my forte, but I think they turned out cute enough for little fingers to have fun!
They were mounted on the card with just a glue dot so they could be removed easily.
I think she’ll have lots of fun playing with her new little friends!
