Waltzingmouse April PJ Party – Challenge No. 2 – Gift Card It

Waltzingmouse April PJ Party – Challenge No. 2 – Gift Card It

For the second challenge, it’s time to add a baby shower card with a pocket for a gift card:

I love Matryoshka dolls – those amazing Russian stacking dolls. I thought the baby one inside the mother was perf for a baby shower card. The double pun of the sentiment in this case makes me giggle… The baby inside the expectant mother, and the gift card hidden inside the pocket… they ARE what counts! lol!

Waltzingmouse April PJ Party – Challenge No. 1 – Shower with Gifts

Waltzingmouse April PJ Party – Challenge No. 1 – Shower with Gifts

Today’s whim is to join Waltzingmouse Stamps April PJ Party. It started across the pond at 11:45pm their time, 6:45pm here in the former colonies aka USA.

For Challenge No 1 – Shower with Gifts, I chose to make a gift tag for a baby gift:

I had fun stamping the smallest dolls around the flower twice, then fussy cutting them and shaping them to look like a flower. I think it’s cute that the background paper says ‘stop crying’ (just to the right of the flower)! ; )

Stamps used: Waltzingmouse Stamps: You’re a Doll; Afternoon Tea (part of sentiment)

Hope you enjoyed this cute little tag.

Now, off you pop to see the rest of the hop!
