Dandelion Wishes – Cat Lovers Hop

This Wild Rose Studio stamp is just TOO cute, don’t you think? I love how those Crystal Ice Ice Stickles shine!! Of course I know an aunt of mine who would not be happy if she had dandelions that big in her yard! (I know you’re reading this and giggling, Aunt M! wink-wink)

I had one small problem when I went to put it on the card… the die was a smidge too big! So I snipped off the ‘finials’ and put some pearls on and if I hadn’t’ve told you, you probably wouldn’t’ve noticed, would you? : )

  1. Another fun kitty card – love that glittery dandelion. When I was little we called these “Santa Clauses” when they dried and broke away from the stem…….Fun design! Thanks for playing along with us again at the Simon Says Stamp Wednesday challenge!

  2. Whoa!! That is one humongous dandelion!! This little girl should get more than her share of wishes with one this huge! There should be wishes enough for her and her darling kitty! I’ve had my share of die cuts that didn’t fit where they belong so you were lucky to have an errant final or two to cut off! We need to show our craft supplies that we may be a slave to our stamps and dies at times but we are still the boss!

  11. This is such a very sweet image! And your coloring is purr-fect. My hubby does Bonsai and some weeds have flowers & he’ll pick them to grow them as accent plants. (And I also have an Aunt M!).

  13. What a delightful card. Love the magical look of the sparkles on the dandelion down and I adore that sweet image of the girl and the kitten. What a brilliant fix for the too long die-cut. The pearls look fabulous!!!
