Waiting on Snail Mail – Cat Lovers Hop

Can you guess what kind of card I’ll be posting this evening? Yep! Another Kitty card!

Let’s start first with a question: why are male cats called Tomcats?

Perhaps it was so they wouldn’t be confused with MAIL cats, like this one:

Oh, I know that was a groaner of a joke. Sorry! I get silly this time of day. It’s so hard to get a decent pic of cards with sequins! Let me know if you have found any tricks that work for that. I love this stamp of the kitty waiting around for snail mail! … Or was the kitty himself sent via special delivery? The flag is up, so maybe he’s wanting to go on a trip!

  4. Yes, I do believe that kitty is planning to go on a trip, which is why the flag is up!! Of course, he must be a rather laid back and independent sort because he’s catching a snooze before he leaves, unlike those of us who check and double-check (and then check it all again) their tickets and luggage before departure. As to that border, I DO see the cat faces!!! Of course, by now on the this third day of the Cat Lovers Hop, I’m seeing cats everywhere…so I’m not surprised. Count me as one who is really enjoying your table scenes and cat memes and cartoons. That Super Lazy cat is so ridiculously cute that I may have to repost your meme!

    That kitty in the mailbox is beyond sweet!!! Love it…..and I see the kitty, too!!! It’s funny because I was doing a bunch of die-cutting a few weeks ago and one of my scraps looks just like a tiny kitty taking a nap. I will prob use it on an ATC some time because it is pretty small and would get lost on a card. So much fun to serendipitously find cats. 🙂

    Your cat memes are just the best!! I am still giggling over the super lazy kitty with the cape!!! lol….

    • Forgot to say that I have one of the same mugs as you have in the table display! I also have the reverse one in that set that is mostly blue. Not sure if there are more in that series or not. They are so pretty and elegant. Some of my faves.
